2. Our Services

StudyBooz provides educational services that may include:

• Online and offline coaching for CA, CS, CMA, CUET, and school commerce programmes.
• Recorded or live classes, study material, and mentoring support.
• Online test series, mock exams, and performance feedback.
• Admission counselling, callbacks, and related student support.

Course content, batch schedules, faculty allocation, and delivery format may change as needed to maintain academic quality. We will communicate material changes where reasonably possible.

3. Accounts & Enrolment

You are responsible for providing accurate enrolment details and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your account, recorded lectures, or study material with any third party.

Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment (or approved instalment arrangement) and verification by our admissions team. StudyBooz reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrolment in cases of misuse, false information, or payment failure.

4. Fees & Payments

All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice for future enrolments. Applicable taxes, gateway charges, or instalment adjustments (if any) will be shown at checkout or communicated at admission.

Payments are processed through trusted payment partners such as Razorpay or other methods we enable (UPI, cards, net banking, Scan and Pay). You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise the charged amount.

5. Intellectual Property

All StudyBooz content — including videos, notes, question banks, test papers, branding, website design, and written materials — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Enrolment grants you a limited, non-transferable licence for personal study use only.

You may not copy, record, redistribute, sell, upload, or publicly share our content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in account suspension and legal action.

6. Student Conduct

Students and visitors agree not to:

• Disrupt classes, misuse communication channels, or harass faculty or staff.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with the website or learning platform.
• Submit false enquiries, spam, or fraudulent payment information.
• Use StudyBooz services for any unlawful purpose.

Breach of these rules may lead to removal from programmes without refund where permitted by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

7. Access & Availability

We aim to keep the website and learning services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Course validity, number of views, and access windows (if any) are as communicated at the time of purchase or in your student dashboard / admission communication.

8. Limitation of Liability

StudyBooz provides educational support and guidance. Exam results depend on individual effort, exam conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee ranks, marks, or exam outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyBooz and its faculty or partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
